    I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THIS STUFF.

    I’m not kidding, I can’t live without it, and now buy it in the gallons.

    I’ve never been one to have a lot of acne, but for the past couple of years I get these breakouts in my forhead, I’ve tried everything from face washes to changing my diet. But after using this, I finally realized the problem: my pH balance is way off and this stuff fixes it.

    I have not been using it externally, only orally, and it has practically made my acne disappear.

    Here is the best part, I didn’t even realize this I would get this benefit out of it, but I have: I also have IBS and am either very constipated or have diarrhea, somehow this stuff has fixed that and I have completely normal bowl movements unless I eat way too much fiber or junk food, but even then, this stuff still helps.

    I love this stuff and will never stop using it. It has literally changed my life.

    Bottled miracle

    My wife has suffered from acid reflux most of her life, taking meds, Doctor treatments, etc, haven’t helped. Until this stuff, it instantly stopped her reflux problem, as well as a couple of other stomach issues she was having. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

    Famous for a reason! Great Stuff!!

    I don’t know if this product really needs my review, considering its reputation precedes itself. But this is this stuff great. I use it for everything from fruit drinks and cocktails to cure / rub for brisket (which btw is amazing). It’s also my go to cider when I periodically do The Master Cleanse fast. The kids only love it for volcanos, but I don’t blame them.

    If your looking at this, you already know the benefits of ACV

    Surprisingly I went to 3 different supermarkets/healthfood stores in the Hoboken, NJ area (where I am currently residing) and I could not find this ANYWHERE. I’ve been using this product for 8 years and could not believe that I couldn’t find it locally. For 10.xx and it is delivered right to my door, what else could I ask for?

    I use ACV to clean my hair about 2-3 times a week. I use to have dandruff until I started using ACV on the head. Just mix 2-3 spoonfuls with an equal amount of water and wash your hair with it. Leave it in for 5 minutes and rinse. You can also put it in a spray bottle and dampen your hair. Let it stay in for an hour an wash it out.

    My wife also uses ACV to treat fungus on her toenails. She probably won’t appreciate the fact that I am disclosing this here especially since I am using my real name. Anyways, the fungus is an issue of the past. She had toenail fungus since she was a child and was scared to use Lamisil due to the dangerous side effects. You can google that to find out for yourself. After soaking her toes everyday for a year, her toenails are 100% fungus free and this is the first time in her life that she isn’t afraid to wear open sandals. Yes it works as long as you keep it up daily. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. I’ve read online of other people getting results in 2-3 weeks although I guess it depends on how bad it is. There are SO many uses for ACV, these are just 2 that have worked for us. I also ingest it on a regular basis.

    Diminishes body odor?

    I’ve never seen this particular benefit mentioned in info for cider vinegar. I added it to my regimen while eating a ketogenic diet. I make a beverage with stevia, electrolytes, and a couple of tablespoons of vinegar mixed in 12 oz water and consume twice a day. After two days, I stopped needing deodorant. Really. I actually smell fresh and sweet. Perhaps the change in ph.

    That time I didn't get sick all year....

    It’s hard to write this without it sounding planted or exaggeratory. Please believe me when I say that, for the first time in my life, I did not get sick through a Fall and Winter season. Not even a little cold. And the only differentiating factor was that I introduced Bragg Vinegar Apple Cider into my daily diet. Just a little swig in the morning and/or evening. I’ve met others who claimed the same.

    This is great stuff

    Always a winner. I use Bragg for so many purposes it is amazing. If I eat a spicy chili or spaghetti sauce I can prevent any heartburn or indigestion later by drinking a small amount in some orange juice before I go to bed. I never buy OTC antacids or indigestion tablets. Keep it in the fridge and pour over fresh cooked greens to add flavor and taste. Spash it into hot tea with lemon and cayenne pepper if I feel a cold or sore throat coming. Braggs is the best.

    It's great for almost anything

    I can’t say enough about this product! I buy it over and over again. It’s great for almost anything! It helps with digestion and if I’m feeling a little sick to my stomach from something I ate – I take 2 teaspoons followed with some cold sparkling water…within 15 minutes I feel better. It’s amazing! My son gets a lot of mosquito bites and I told him to get a cotton ball and put some of this product on the bites – the itch goes away immediately. Everyone should have this product in their home. Knowing what the benefits are by using this product…the vinegar taste shouldn’t discourage anyone from using it. I found by taking a teaspoon full – I don’t swallow it until I drink the cold sparkling water and then the vinegar and water go down together. I don’t like putting the vinegar into the water and mixing it…the flavor “in my opinion” is much stronger that way..but whatever works for you is great – just as long as this product is being used. It’s also a great detox…I take a teaspoon full with the sparkling water in the morning – on an empty stomach…it’s a great cleanse and doesn’t irritate my stomach.

    Great quality, it’s really good if you have colon problems, good for acne I use it as a toner sometimes, I also apply it after I rinse my hair leaving it very shiny. This is the 4th time I buy this Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, I can’t stop recommend it to all my family and friends.
