How to track my order?

To track your order, you have a couple of options available:

  1. Tracking Code via Email: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code. Simply click on the tracking code provided in the email, and it will redirect you to the DHL website where you can access real-time tracking details.
  2. Track Your Order Page: Visit our website and locate the “Track Your Order” page. Once you’re on the page, you’ll need to enter your Order ID, which can be found in the Purchase Order email sent to you after placing your order. Additionally, provide the Billing Email associated with your order in the designated fields. Once you’ve entered the necessary information, click on the “Track” button to retrieve the latest tracking updates for your order.

By utilizing either of these methods, you will be able to conveniently track the progress of your order and stay updated on its whereabouts.
