Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time until it’s shipped. If you have already paid for your order and wish to modify or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via or by clicking on the chat icon to chat with us.

Once the shipping process has started, and we’ve sent you a tracking code, it’s no longer possible to cancel your order.


Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer refunds or reshipments for ordered products if:

  • You don’t receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days, not including 2-5 day processing time). Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy page for more details about delivery time and shipping cost.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You receive a product that you don’t want, but you must return the unused item at your expense.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control, such as delays caused by customs or natural disasters.
