No matter how bad it gets, this stuff sorts him out in a matter of hours, and application at any changings will usually alleviate symptoms entirely within the day. Seems to dull out the pain pretty well and nearly immediately too. If you have a baby, and they EVER get diaper rash, BUY THIS.
